FAQ
Our company uses high-quality materials and advanced technology in manufacturing. Before leaving the factory, products undergo multiple rounds of rigorous testing to ensure durability and stability. We provide integrated solutions based on customer needs, including equipment selection, scheme design, online installation guidance, and follow-up feedback. Adhering to the principle of "integrity and customer first", we focus on cost-effectiveness and service details, striving for long-term customer trust.
Energy saving and efficiency improvement: Ultrasonic vibration removes ash, lowers flue gas temperature, improves combustion efficiency, and reduces coal and fan energy consumption.
Comprehensive ash removal: Ultrasonic waves propagate omnidirectionally to cover all parts of the boiler (such as the furnace and superheater), eliminating blind spots in soot blowing and effectively reducing loose ash and coking.
Durable equipment: No rotating mechanical parts or wearing parts, high temperature and corrosion resistance, low failure rate, and less maintenance work.
Safe and damage-free: No damage or corrosion to the heating surface, avoiding the risk of pipe bursts and extending the service life of the boiler.
Low-frequency wavelengths are long and have a long transmission distance (effective radius up to 12 meters), and they avoid the inherent frequencies of industrial and mining equipment to prevent resonance damage.
1. Regularly check the diaphragm (lifespan 2-5 years) and clean accumulated dust (especially in the B/C section of the conduit) to prevent blockage.
2. The solenoid valve and seals should be protected from dust and water, and the cooling air duct should be protected from deformation and blockage.
Using compressed air instantaneous pressure release technology, supersonic shock waves (shock waves) are generated, combined with high-speed airflow vibration to cause accumulated ash to fatigue and peel off. Compared with traditional gas shock soot blowers, it does not require combustible gas and is safer. Core features: 360° rotating nozzle design, expanding the cleaning range and reducing blind spots.
Dead-angle-free ash removal: Rotary nozzle design (30° rotation per pulse), 12 pulses cover 360°, cleaning range is 2-3 times that of traditional gas shock waves.
Low operating cost: Only compressed air is consumed (approximately RMB 0.06 per use), no gas or steam required, daily operating cost can be reduced to 1/10 of traditional equipment.
Safe and reliable: No misfires or backfire risks, maximum pressure resistance of 1.5 MPa, adjustable pressure to adapt to different working conditions.
Wide applicability: Suitable for pulverized coal boilers, CFB boilers, garbage incinerators, etc., can remove loose ash, sticky ash and even coked ash.
