Acoustic sootblower daily maintenance recommendations:
1. Regular inspection
Check air source: Ensure compressed air pressure is stable and quality meets standards (dry, oil-free).
Check seals: Inspect all sealing points for leaks.
Listen to sound: Regularly listen to the horn on-site; investigate any abnormal sharp sounds.
2. Keep clean: Regularly clean impurities inside the sound head.
3. Check diaphragm: Inspect the diaphragm for wear, cracks, corrosion, or other forms of deterioration. Replace the diaphragm if damage is severe.
4. Lubrication and tightening: Regularly apply lubricating grease (e.g., gearbox every half month, starting arm and copper sleeve weekly). Check and tighten all bolts and electrical connections.
5. Planned maintenance: The sootblower should be disassembled once a year, frequently check the limit switch, and regularly clean ash accumulation on the sootblower.
